इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को मदरसे की फंडिंग मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से जवाब मांगा है. हाईकोर्ट ने पूछा कि- क्या पंथनिरपेक्ष राज्य धार्मिक फंड दे सकते हैं? कोर्ट ने पूछा कि क्या धार्मिक शिक्षा देने वाले मदरसे संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25 से 30 तक हासिल मौलिक अधिकारों का पालन कर रहे हैं? जस्टिस अजय भनोट ने इस मामले में सरकार को जवाब देने के लिए 4 सप्ताह का समय दिया है. अगली सुनवाई 6 अक्टूबर होगी. जस्टिस ने पूछा कि क्या महिलाओं को मदरसों में प्रवेस मिलता है? अगर नहीं मिलता तो ये भेदभावपूर्ण नहीं है? देखें वीडियो.
In a writ petition filed by Madrasa Anjuman Islamia Faizul Uloom and another, Justice Ajay Bhanot seeks reply by UP state government over funding of Madrasa and religious institutions. Justice asked whether madrasas can give religious education messages and education of worship system under Article 28 of the constitution. Court had given four weeks to govt. to reply.
