In the most recent data shared by PLFS, the unemployment rate (UR) in usual status for persons aged 15 years and above at the all-India level decreased to 3.2 percent in 2022-23 from 4.1 percent in 2021-22. India's unemployment rate has hit to lowest in the last six years.
