दिल्ली समेत पूरा उत्तर भारत भयंकर ठंड से जूझ रहा है. दिल्ली में न्यूनतम तापमान रविवार को गिरकर 3 डिग्री तक पहुंच चुका था. इसके अलावा शीतलहर की वजह भी दिल्ली-एनसीआर में विजिबिलिटी काफी कम हो गई है. मौसम विभाग के अनुसार दिसंबर के आखिरी दिनों में ठंड फिर से बढ़ने की संभावना है. उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान की भी हालात इससे इतर नहीं है. वहीं दिल्ली में आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों के लिए यह ठंड कई सारी मुसीबतें एक साथ लेकर आया है. देखें यह रिपोर्ट.
