जम्मू कश्मीर में हिरासत में रखे गए नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस नेता उमर अब्दुल्ला पर सुनवाई आज टल गई. उमर की बहन सारा पायलट अब्दुल्ला ने उन पर पीएसए लगाए जाने के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दी थी, जिस पर आज सुनवाई थी लेकिन तीन जजों की बेंच से एक जज ने खुद को इस मामले से अलग कर लिया. अगली सुनवाई 14 फरवरी को होगी.
Supreme Court judge Justice MM Shantanagoudar on Wednesday recused himself from hearing the plea on NC leader detention of Omar Abdullah.
