हिमाचल प्रदेश में भारी बारिश पहाड़ दरकने की घटनाएं लगातार हो रही हैं. पिछले दो दिन में 60 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. उत्तराखंड में भी रुद्रप्रयाग से देहरादून तक जगह-जगह भूस्खलन की घटनाएं हुई हैं जबकि दिल्ली में यमुना नदी एक बार फिर खतरे की अलार्म बजा रही है.
