पिछले कुछ दिनों से प्रशांत क्षेत्र में काफी हलचल मची हुई है. चीनी सैनिकों ने तवांग में सरहद पर दुस्साहस दिखाया तो फौरन भारतीय सेना ने इसका जवाब दिया. 9 दिसंबर को अरुणाचल के तवांग सेक्टर में भारतीय और चीनी सैनिकों के बीच झड़प हुई थी. सोची समझी साजिश के तहत 300 चीनी सैनिक यांगत्से इलाके में भारतीय पोस्ट को हटाने पहुंचे थे. भारतीय सैनिकों ने तुरंत मोर्चा संभाल लिया और भिड़ गए.
