सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने क्रिकेटर एस. श्रीसंत को लाइफटाइम बैन मामले में बड़ी राहत दी है. शुक्रवार को कोर्ट ने उन पर लगा लाइफटाइम बैन को निरस्त करने का फैसला किया. इसके साथ ही बीसीसीआई को 3 महीने के अंदर इस मामले पर फैसला लेने को कहा है. BCCI के फैसले तक श्रीसंत खेल नहीं पाएंगे. बीसीसीआई ने श्रीसंत पर आईपीएल-2013 में स्पॉट फिक्सिंग का दोषी पाए जाने पर अजीवन प्रतिबंध लगाया था. इसके खिलाफ श्रीसंत ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी. इससे पहले बीसीसीआई ने कोर्ट में कहा कि श्रीसंत पर भ्रष्टाचार, सट्टेबाजी और खेल को बेइज्जत करने के आरोप हैं.
On Friday, the Supreme Court has lifted the lifetime ban imposed on the cricketer S Sreesanth. The SC also asked to take a decision within 3 months in the following case.
