उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ों पर भीषण बर्फबारी का दौर जारी है. उत्तरकाशी और औली में जमकर बर्फ गिरी है. बर्फबारी के चलते पूरा प्रदेश कड़ाके की ठंड की चपेट में है. हालात को देखते हुए नैनीताल में सभी स्कूलों को अगले दो दिन तक बंद कर दिया गया है.
Uttarakhand is reeling under cold, with the uppers reaches of the state covered under snow. Auli, the world-famous skiing destination in Uttarakhand, was lashed by heavy snowfall on Friday. The thick snow cover and lashing led to power disruption, leaving the region in dark for five days. Reportedly, power has still not been restored even as efforts are on by the state electritown board. While Auli sees impressive tourist inflow during snowfall, primarily skiing enthusiasts, current weather conditions have disrupted the same as well.
