हर मंच पर पिट रहा पाकिस्तान कुलभूषण जाधव के मसले पर झुक गया. आज पाकिस्तान कॉन्सुलर एक्सेस मुहैया कराने के लिए तैयार तो हो गया, लेकिन देखना अब भी बाकी है कि उसकी नीयत में कहीं खोट तो नहीं है. बता दें कि कुलभूषण जाधव (49) को पाकिस्तान की एक सैन्य अदालत ने जासूसी और आतंकवाद के आरोप में अप्रैल 2017 में मौत की सजा सुनाई थी. इसके बाद भारत ने हेग स्थित अंतरराष्ट्रीय न्यायालय (आईसीजे) का रुख कर सजा पर रोक लगाने की मांग की थी. आईसीजे ने 17 जुलाई को पाकिस्तान को जाधव की दोषसिद्धि और सजा की प्रभावी समीक्षा एवं पुनर्विचार करने का आदेश दिया था. साथ ही, बगैर और देर किए उन्हें दूतावास मदद पहुंचाने को भी कहा था. पाकिस्तान ने दूतावास मदद के लिए जो शर्तें रखी थी, उनमें से एक शर्त कथित तौर पर यह थी कि जब जाधव भारतीय अधिकारियों से मिलेंगे उस वक्त एक पाकिस्तानी अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहेगा.
After months of efforts, India will be getting consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav on Monday. The access will be given in accordance with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) verdict delivered on July 17. Pakistan on Sunday said it will grant consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is on death row in the country. In a tweet, Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mohammad Faisal, said, Consular access for Indian spy Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving Indian naval officer and RAW operative, is being provided on Monday, 2 September 2019, in line with Vienna Convention on Consular relations, ICJ judgement and the laws of Pakistan.
