मोहाली में पंजाब इंटेलिजेंस के दफ़्तर पर हुए हमले ने देश की तमाम ख़ुफ़िया और सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को चौंका दिया है. ये हमला ना सिर्फ़ पंजाब की राजधानी चंडीगढ़ की बिल्कुल दहलीज़ पर हुआ है, बल्कि जिस तरह से रॉकेट प्रोपेल्ड ग्रेनेड यानी आरपीजी से हमला हुआ है, वो इसके पीछे आतंकी साज़िश होने की तरफ़ इशारा कर रहा है लेकिन इस बीच जिस ख़बर ने सुरक्षा विशेषज्ञों को सबसे ज़्यादा चौंकाया है, वो है इस आरपीजी के पीछे का सच. इस दौरान सवाल उठता है कि क्या खत्म हो चुके खालिस्तान को दोबारा जिंदा करने की कोशिश में है पाकिस्तान?
