बिहार के 17 जिलों की 94 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान शुरू हो चुका है. मतदाता 1463 प्रत्याशियों की किस्मत का फैसला ईवीएम का बटन दबाकर करने वाले हैं. सुबह-सुबह ही राज्य के डिप्टी सीएम सुशील मोदी ने पटना में मतदान किया. उन्होंने यहां लोगों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में वोट डालने की अपील की.
