  • Refund Policy:
  • Refund of ₹5,000 towards the refundable Equipment & Library Deposit (as mentioned in the fee structure) will be provided to the student after successful completion of the course. The refund will be processed only for students who have duly adhered to their payment obligations throughout the course. To claim the refund, the student must submit “No Dues” certificates (format available at the office) from the Librarian, Computer Lab Manager, and Studio In-charge. Please note that this refund cannot be claimed 90 days after the date of the student’s convocation.
  • The mandatory deposit of ₹40,000 (including applicable taxes) shall not be refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been made to confirm the student’s seat for the respective course.
  • No refund shall be provided to students who withdraw after commencement of the course, as notified by the ITMI.
  • Students opting for the Instalment Plan will be eligible for a refund after the applicable standard deduction, as detailed below:
Withdrawal on or before 06 September 2027: Standard Deduction – ₹50,000.

        No refunds will be made after the timelines mentioned above.

Refund requests submitted through signed applications will be accepted upon receipt. No other form of request will be considered. All refund requests must be accompanied by “No Dues” certificates (format available at the office) from the Librarian, Computer Lab Manager, and Studio In-charge.

  • No certificate or diploma will be awarded to a student who withdraws at any time during the academic semester, or who remains absent beyond the permitted limit, before completing the course as per the academic calendar.
  • All matters pertaining to the academic fee shall be under the jurisdiction of the ITMI Admission Committee. Any legal recourse shall be limited to the competent courts in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Note: Students opting for an instalment payment plan must adhere to the scheduled payment dates to ensure smooth participation in the academic process. No additional concessions or extensions of the payment deadline will be entertained by ITMI Management. A late fee of ₹100 per day will be charged for each day after the payment due date.

NOTE: Admission is provisional and shall be null and void if you fail to submit the final-year passing certificate before the first-semester examination.
